Terms of Service

Use of the Software is also under the EULA. The free launcher has its own license. How we handle email is on Privacy.

  1. Service. Keystone Pro Station Tools is provided by Cetus Inertia (“we”, “us”). These Terms cover the website, checkout, the license portal, and issuance of Workbench machine licenses.
  2. Eligibility. You may request a license only for an email address we have authorized and only within the seat limits assigned to that account.
  3. Purchase. A paid license is a one-time purchase for the seats granted, not a subscription. Checkout and card processing are handled by Polar; Polar’s terms apply to payment. Digital licenses are not refundable once issued, except where the law requires a refund.
  4. Acceptable use. You will not share claim links outside your organization, attempt to forge host IDs, reverse-engineer license signatures beyond verification, or abuse the portal (automation, scraping, or denial-of-service).
  5. Seats & machines. Each active seat binds to one Workbench host ID. Re-downloading for the same host does not consume an extra seat; additional machines require available seats.
  6. Your responsibility. Station Tools can change a live Niagara station. You are responsible for backing up stations and Niagara installs, and for testing in a sandbox or other non-critical setup before you use the tools on any live or critical system. Compatibility with your system is your responsibility.
  7. As is. The website, portal, licenses, and Software are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that they will work with your system, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cetus Inertia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for station downtime, lost configuration, HVAC or other building-system disruption, or a damaged Niagara install. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software (USD $0 if you paid nothing).
  9. Privacy & email. We use your email to issue licenses and send claim links. Bug-fix and new-feature mail is sent only if you check those boxes. We do not sell your email. Payment details are handled by Polar. More detail is on the Privacy page. You can ask us to delete a stored email; the license record can remain without the address.
  10. Suspension. We may revoke seats, disable emails, or suspend access for abuse, non-payment (where applicable), or security risk.
  11. Records. Acceptance of these Terms (and the EULA) is recorded in an append-only ledger linked to your license account for audit purposes.
