Workbench Launcher license

This agreement covers the Keystone Workbench Launcher desktop program and the Keystone Workbench themes it installs (the “Software”). It is not the Keystone Pro Station Tools license. That product has its own Terms of Service and EULA.

License. Cetus Inertia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control.
Niagara installs. The Software may copy theme files into a Niagara Workbench modules folder and may replace loading-splash.gif in that install’s etc folder. You are responsible for choosing the install, for administrator permission when Windows asks, and for any backup you want before those files change.
No warranty. The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will not interrupt Workbench, a station, or a Niagara install. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cetus Inertia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for station downtime, lost configuration, or a damaged Niagara install, arising from use of the Software. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software (USD $0 if none).
Restrictions. You may not sell the Software as your own product, remove copyright notices, or use it to break the law.
Acceptance. Selecting “I accept the agreement” in the installer is your agreement to these terms. If you do not accept, do not install.
