1. Who. Cetus Inertia runs this site and the Keystone Pro license portal. Questions: info@keystoneprostationtools.com or licenses@keystoneprostationtools.com.
2. Email. If you buy or claim a license, we store the email you used so we can issue seats and send the claim link. If you check bug fixes or new features, we store that on a separate email-preferences row so we can send those updates. We do not sell your email. You can uncheck later or ask us to delete the address.
3. Deleting an email. Write us and we can remove the stored address. The license record can stay, without the email attached, so the seat still works.
4. Host ID. When you claim a seat we store the Niagara host ID you enter, bound to that seat. That is how the license file is locked to one Workbench PC.
5. Payment. Checkout is handled by Polar. Polar sees the payment details. We receive enough to attach the purchase to an email and grant seats. Polar’s privacy terms apply to the card data.
6. This website. We count public page views: path, referrer host, and country. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not store IP address or browser user-agent for those counts. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip the count. Admin, claim, and thank-you pages are not counted.
7. Terms. Buying and using the Software is also under the Terms of Service and EULA.
