End-User License Agreement
Version 2026-08-11 · Cetus Inertia
- License grant. Subject to this EULA and an active authorized seat, Cetus Inertia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keystone Pro Station Tools (the “Software”) on the Workbench machine identified by the host ID in your license file.

License file. The issued
keystonepro.lic(or equivalent) is cryptographic evidence of authorization for that host ID. You may not alter, redistribute, or use a license file on a different host. - Restrictions. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or publicly redistribute the Software; remove proprietary notices; or circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.
- Ownership. The Software, documentation, and trademarks remain the property of Cetus Inertia and its licensors. No title is transferred to you.
- Updates. We may change licensing terms, seat counts, or require updated license files for newer Software releases.
- Termination. This license ends if your seat is revoked, your authorization expires, or you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete license files for revoked seats.
- Disclaimer. The Software is provided “as is.” Cetus Inertia disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Liability. Cetus Inertia’s aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the fees (if any) you paid for the Software in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $0 if none.
- Acceptance. Checking the acceptance box on the claim page and downloading a license constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to this EULA and the Terms of Service then in effect.
- Governing law. Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cetus Inertia’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
