The tool
Generate a tabbed — or flat — PX control panel with sections of BoundLabels. Relative ORDs so the same graphic works on every unit.
Simply drop the source points into each section, set a build name, and Build Control Panel. The PX opens when it is done.

Build Name + Overwrite existing; Panel W/H; Cell W/H; Auto-fit; Relative ORDs + Source ORD; Dark / Heavy / Modern / Section border / Mouse-over; parent tabs; sections; Notes; source point(s) per section.
Operation
Build Control Panel writes the PX and opens it. Load reads a prior file. Auto-fit sizes labels from names and value boxes from the current point value.
