The tool
Build a PX grid of label-over-value BoundLabel pairs. Relative ORDs so the same graphic works on every unit.
Simply drop the source points, set a build name, and Build Labels. The PX opens when it is done.

Build Name + Overwrite existing; Cell W/H; Auto-fit; Relative ORDs + Source ORD; Dark / Heavy / Modern / Mouse-over; source point(s).
Operation
Build Labels writes the PX and opens it. Auto-fit sizes each stacked label and value cell from the name and the current point value.
